Return Policy

All non-defective parts are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of IT Parts Depot, based on the item being returned.  All returned products must be 100% complete. 

IT Parts Depot will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account.  All defective items must be returned to IT Parts Depot within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.  Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by IT Parts Depot.  Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to IT Parts Depot.  Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
